We quote based on square footage, surface condition, and the specific service. The number we give you up front is the number you pay — no door-step upsells or surprise add-ons.

How long does a typical job take?+
Most single-service visits take 1–3 hours. A full multi-surface package usually wraps up in a half day. We will give you an exact window when you book.
Do I need to move furniture?+
We move standard furniture as part of every visit. Heavy or fragile items (pianos, antique cabinets, electronics) are the only things we ask you to relocate.
How soon can I walk on it / use it?+
Carpet is walkable in socks immediately and fully dry within a few hours. Tile, grout, and stone work is usable right away after a brief cure window we will explain on site.
Do you guarantee your work?+
Yes — every service includes a satisfaction guarantee. If anything is not right within 7 days, we come back and make it right at no charge.
