How long until I can walk on the carpet?+
Right away with clean shoes, socks, or shoe covers. Heavy furniture goes back in 4 to 6 hours. Full dry-down is 2 to 4 hours with our truck-mounted system in normal Dallas humidity.
Will it smell like chemicals when you're done?+
No. Our process uses low-toxin, eco-friendly solutions. Most customers say the house smells faintly like a fresh tropical breeze for a few hours, then neutral — not like a Stanley Steemer truck or a cleaning aisle.
Can you really remove old pet stains and odors?+
Most of them, yes — including stains that didn't come out with previous cleanings. Severe urine that has reached the pad and concrete subfloor may require our sub-surface enzymatic treatment, which we quote on site after a UV inspection.
How often should I have my carpet cleaned in Dallas?+
Every 6 to 12 months for homes with pets, kids, or allergies. Every 12 months minimum for any home in DFW. Most manufacturer warranties (Shaw, Mohawk, Stainmaster) require it every 12–18 months to stay valid.
How much does carpet cleaning cost in Dallas?+
Typical: $35–$55 per room. 3 rooms + hall runs $129–$179. Whole-home 5–7 rooms is $249–$399. Pet urine remediation adds $50–$200. We give a flat written price up front, never per-step upsells.
Do you move furniture?+
Yes, included — couches, chairs, dining tables, end tables, lighter dressers. We don't move pianos, china cabinets, full beds, or anything with electronics on top. You'll get clear guidance in the quote.
What carpet types can you clean?+
All standard residential: nylon, polyester, triexta (SmartStrand), olefin, wool, sisal, and natural fiber blends. We adjust temperature, pressure, and chemistry per fiber. Wool and natural fiber get a dedicated wool-safe protocol.
Do you guarantee stain removal?+
We guarantee our process and effort, not impossible stains. Some stains (permanent dye transfers, bleach spots, mustard, old red Kool-Aid) are physically beyond cleaning — we'll tell you upfront and never charge for a stain we can't lift.
Is the cleaning safe for my baby and pets?+
Yes. Our pre-spray and rinse are food-safe at use dilution, fragrance-free options available. Babies and pets can return to cleaned rooms as soon as the carpet is touch-dry (~2 hours).
Will the carpet shrink, ripple, or wick stains back up?+
Not when done correctly. We control water temperature, pressure, and dwell time to prevent over-wetting — the cause of all three problems. If a stain wicks back from the pad (usually old pet urine), one free re-treatment is included.
Do you clean area rugs and upholstery too?+
Yes. Area rugs can be cleaned in-home or picked up for an in-plant deep wash (recommended for wool, silk, and antique rugs). Upholstery cleaning is a popular add-on at the same visit.
Can I tip the technician?+
Never expected, always appreciated. Most customers who tip do $10–$40 per tech. Five-star Google reviews mean more to us than any tip.
