Terms of Service

By using this website or booking service with Next Level Floor Care + More, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We provide residential and light-commercial cleaning and restoration services in the Dallas metro area, including air duct cleaning, tile and grout, carpet, shower restoration, and countertop care. Availability, pricing, and scope are confirmed in the written estimate we provide.

Quotes given online, over the phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site after inspection. We will not perform additional work beyond the approved scope without your consent.

• Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, staffing, or safety issues.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major cards and other methods offered by our payment processor. Returned payments may incur a fee.

You represent that you have the authority to authorize work at the service address, will provide safe access, and will notify us of hazards (mold, asbestos, biohazards, pets, fragile items). We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions disclosed after work begins.

We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, contact us within three (3) days and we will return to re-address the specific concern at no additional charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, logos, and images are owned by Next Level Floor Care + More or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
